Delay Menopause Naturally

It is unavoidable to stop or prevent menopause completely as it is part of the human stage. Keep in mind that menopause is not an illness. Instead, it is a natural part of life. If having menopause scares you, these natural ways mentioned above can help you to delay early menopause. Besides a healthy diet and regular exercise, consuming healthy supplements such as Tongkat Ali helps to delay early menopause.

It is a common misconception that Tongkat Ali only helps to boost male enhancement and increase testosterones. However, Tongkat Ali herbs can help to prevent menopause naturally.

Raw slices of Red Tongkat Ali very good for women!

During the age of 45-55, at least two-thirds of women will experience symptoms of menopause. Signs of pre-menopause include hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, irritability and tiredness.

Adding on to that, menopausal women are at a higher risk of several diseases including osteoporosis, obesity, heart disease and diabetes compared to others.

Many women, that include myself turn to natural supplements such as Tongkat Ali and Kacip Fatimah. These natural herbs are chemical free (if you take it the unprocessed product)

Like I said earlier, menopause is not an illness. The truth is we cannot stop or prevent menopause, we can only delay the process of having menopause early.

We also don’t want to go through the symptoms as it’s quite a burden to our mentally and physically.

Try to change your lifestyle. Here are 7 surprising ways to delay menopause.

  • Sufficient Calcium and Vitamin D
  • Eat more green
  • Consume high protein food

Eat more green!
  • Drink more water
  • Staying active by doing exercise
Stay hydrated and active!
  • Don’s skip meals
  • Stay organic by consuming natural supplements

You can find out more about how to use supplements safely, but if you’re considering using Tongkat Ali (or any other form of alternative supplements), be sure to consult your primary care provider first.

My recommendation for consuming Tongkat Ali or Kacip Fatima is by taking raw herbs – the unprocessed herbs!

Be the same person Privately, Publicly and Personally.

I have got such respect for genuine people because:

Some people seek attention, genuine people seek value.

Genuine people do good even when nobody is looking.

Genuine people are good people but waste no time proving it.

Some people help you in their free time, genuine people free their time to help.

Always keep in mind, genuine people don’t come around you often. If you find someone real enough to stay true, keep them close.

Prayers that work best are prayers you do for other people.

Our everyday life rhythm isn’t always the same, sometime we start with feeling awesome and sometime crappy!

If you may asked me about my faith, YES I’m a prayerful person. By praying about you or others gives me completeness as a person.

Life is not just about me myself and I!

It’s about living as a family. We care for each other. The accomplishment you will gained by helping others is beyond words.

“Help others achieve their dreams, and you will achieve yours.” Les Brown

“We rise by lifting others.” Robert Ingersoll

To this selfless mindset I add:

Prayers that work best are prayers you do for other people.

Success is not about making a lot of money.

Success is all about making a positive difference – at work, on the street, and in personal life.

Tongkat Ali Malaysia (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack) is a shrub commonly found on the slopes of the tropical rainforest of Malaysia. It is not something new to Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam. It actually helps those with fertility problems such as lack of sperm and impotence. As a result of the study, its intake increases the level of testosterone responsible for the development of male organs, including increasing the number and quality of the sperm. Normal testosterone levels can also maintain the energy level, mood, fertility and sexual desire.
